Mr. Ranganthan hails from a long and illustrious lineage of jurists, advocates and industrialists. He is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore. He has clerked for Justice (Retd.) SJ Mukhopadhyay, then the Judge of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He is also a former Associate of Mr. Somyaji, former Advocate General of Tamil Nadu and Mr Gopal Subramanium the renowned Senior Advocate and former Solicitor General of the Government of India. He holds extensive experience in strategic advisory, policy advisory, legal and financial consulting, litigation management, transaction and stressed asset advisory and crisis handling. He is extensively networked in diverse sectors across South East Asia.

Mr. Kashyap, an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School comes with the diverse experience of working with top tier law firms and renowned Counsel Chambers. He was with Bose & Mitra (Maritime Law Firm), Juris Corp, AZB & Partners before embarking on the journey of Counsel practice with Mr. Gopal Subramaniam (renowned Senior Advocate and former Solicitor General for Government of India) where he was also head of the Chambers. He specialises in Court representations and strategy. He has been involved in landmark constitutional and commercial matters. He has the experience of appearing before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, NCLAT, CCI amongst other forums in several high stake matters. He specialises in handling disputes pertaining to insolvency and bankruptcy, infrastructure disputes, shareholders disputes, Constitutional issues, behavioural Competition disputes, financial crimes, money laundering and property disputes.

Mr Rajershi comes from a long lineage of advocates and has formerly clerked for Justice (Retd.) S J Mukhopadhyay the then Judge of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. He started practice before the Patna High Court under the guidance of Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay. He shifted practice to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal in 2017. Having extensive experience before the NCLAT and the regional NCLTs, his practice focuses on insolvency, bankruptcy, company law, contractual disputes, administrative law and white-collar crimes. He oversees the administration of AKR offices, both Delhi and Chennai.

Mr. Meyyappan, an alumnus of the University of Victoria and the Madras Law College, comes from a family of entrepreneurs. He clerked with Justice C Nagappan, judge Hon'ble Supreme Court and later headed the chambers of Mr R. Sankaranarayanan, Sr. Advocate and former Additional Solicitor's General of India (South). He specialises in handling arbitrations for Store and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Sports and media disputes, Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, election disputes, financial and corporate crime, PMLA matters, company, commercial and intellectual matters. He has an expert background and extensive experience in both finance and litigation. He regularly appears in TV Debates and panel discussions in matters of public and national importance.
